HGO’s Virtual Design and Virtual Organizing services are an efficient alternative to traditional professional organizing and interior design services. Our Virtual Services are ideal for clients who don’t have the time or the budget to commit to the full experience, including hiring an interior designer or professional organizer to come into your home.
HGO will provide expertise and full design plans per space, but you’ll be the in-person organizer and designer! This offers flexibility, so you can create your dream space on your own time with help from HGO’s tools and deliverables.

Beautifully designed spaces aren’t always functional. A designer creates styled spaces, while an organizer takes it a step further, creating solutions conducive to your daily routine.

We know life is busy! Even though we love meeting with our clients, we value your time and won’t clutter your calendar with time-consuming meetings. HGO aims to provide you with all deliverables within two to three quick meetings with a short project timeline of up to 30 days.
HGO’s experts are committed to guiding you and leaving you with a design that you absolutely love! We focus on providing customized floor plans and layouts, so you can organize and design on your own time with ease. You will have unlimited and lifetime access to your HGO deliverables.

If you need more assistance after your virtual project is completed, HGO offers clients one-on-one design or organizing guided sessions. These virtual sessions are 1 hour each and can be booked as an add-on service at $175 per hour. More information can be found while booking your virtual package with HGO.

HGO’s Virtual Organizing Services focus on the flow and functionality of your space. The deliverables are tailored to ensure each item has a home and provide you with organizing solutions.
HGO’s Virtual Design Services focus on the aesthetics and style of your space. The deliverables are tailored to make your space beautiful and provide you with your dream decor.

You can find our service fees listed above, under “HGO Packages.” Our packages include the deliverables listed. This is a flat fee, priced per room, and payment is due at the time of booking. You can choose how many rooms you’d like to include for your organizing or design project at the time of booking.
HGO offers complimentary ordering assistance after we create your custom shopping list. This service is optional and is great if you’d like HGO to order and track all of the new items for your space.
Your service fee is separate from your organizing or design budget. If you opt out of HGO’s ordering assistance, you’ll have unlimited and lifetime access to your shopping list and can shop at your own pace.

A standard room size usually ranges from 10x10 feet to 12x14 feet. A standard large kitchen is usually considered to be 12x12 feet. A standard primary bedroom usually is measured to be 14x16 feet. The average size of a full bathroom usually ranges from 5x8 feet to 6x10 feet. A half-bath is usually 3x5 feet.
HGO determines a room by the standard dimensions above and/or functionality (e.g., pantry, living area, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, dining, etc.). Please see the scenarios below:
Example 1: A client wants to organize their bathroom and bedroom. Even though their bathroom is attached to the bedroom, they will book the HGO Virtual Organizing package for qty: 2 rooms.
Example 2: A client wants to design and organize their kitchen and organize their closet-sized pantry. They will book the HGO Virtual Design + Organizing Bundle for qty: 1 room and the HGO Virtual Organizing package for qty: 1 room.
